The buildings are RCC-framed structures with cement blocks for walls wherever needed.

The ground floor lobby has elegant flooring and claddings done in granite and marble. The upper floor lobbies have vitrified tile flooring and lift claddings done in marble and granite. All lobby walls are done partly in textured paint and the ceilings are in OBD. The service lobby and staircase ceilings and walls are painted in OBD paint. Suitable size and capacity passenger and service lifts are provided in every block.

The apartments have vitrified tiles in the foyer, living, dining, corridors, and all bedrooms. The balconies have anti-skid ceramic tiles. The kitchen floor is done in ceramic or vitrified tiles and a 2 feet ceramic tile dado is also provided over the granite counter. For the ground-floor apartments, enamel-painted MS designer grills are provided.

External walls have cement paint, internal walls and ceilings are done in OBD, and all MS railings have enamel paint.
